Shipping & Return Policies
PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your in stock order.(EXCLUDES Pre-Sales, Pre-Sale processing begins after pre-sales close and will typically have a longer period) All orders are subject to a processing time before shipping. After processing, you will receive a tracking number.
RETURNS
We accept returns for any items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 7 business days of receiving your purchase. To initiate a return please email us at: subversionclothing@outlook.com
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for and items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense.
Examples of items that cannot be resold include:
-Items with stains, rips, or tears
-Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume/fragrances)
-Items with missing tags or packaging
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
We kindly recommend washing all clothing items before use (as these products move around through shipping facilities, print shops, and storage, during the production process).
